also, I admit I don't have much to say, but still a good chapter.
(also thinking maybe it's time to start watching Railgun completely...)
On the side note, Misaka is awesome as always~
also, I see badassery in the near future...can't wait (well, I can, but what I mean to say with that colloquialism is that I would like to read the next chapter ASAP and am saddened that there will be a period of time before the release of the next chapter)!
Too bad that the typical shonen beating of the guy who belittled frienship even if he was right in a way and humiliated gentle caracters will come.

And DAMN, my hair stood up from the last chapter. This is like the reappearance of Yuri Zahard, just as awesome.
