can't wait till they get back to the gambling part of the manga again. the fights are cool and all but they are just a bit too cliche and and unoriginal for me.

Those faces .... priceless who want realistic drawing anyway.

The artist drawing this manga really needs to remember to draw chins.

@crunchdoggie . i like the art style in those recently released chapters better than the earlier chapters. It's creepy and that makes it even better. In the world of gamble and dark power, what else could possibly make u feel the madness in that world? And do u think that a "clear" art style would make these characters look "evil" like they supposed to ? And if u read the chapter where sakudani was hanged, it was brilliant. It make u really believe that thing like that could happen. U said that it is exaggerated, but is it? It take more than just brain to trick some one, ur facial, gestures, and the way the characters make their words were just brilliant. And the way each and every single characters look so arrogant and confidence make u excited and want to know what they can do.

And so he's back with the team. Kekekeke.

The art style's gotten kinda sloppy... I took a look at the earlier chapters to compare, and the faces were a lot cleaner and less exaggerated.

It's hard to compare Akagi and Usogui because Akagi is completely focused on Mahjong and mindgames mostly within the context of the game whereas Usogui has more general gambles but more importantly implements much more outside factors "irrelevant" to the gamble...into the gamble.

It's sort of like comparing a board game (strictly defined rules) with a sport (it has rules but outside factors like sickness and injury can may a major part). Both can be entertaining and tantalizing but that doesn't make either greater or worse than the other.

See what I'm concerned about is why that crazy fighter dude ISN'T WEARING SOCKS WITH HIS SHOES.

Nah, Akagi is quite better than Usogui... Usogui would be better only if it wasn't so full of nonsense (but it's still a very good read of course)

Akagi is abit complicated since it connects with mahjong and dont know how to play that .Usogui is 1xxx better than that
