No probs with me. It lets the characters express their relationship more.
I think nudity is as censorable as extreme violence.. Either one provides a deeper means of expression.

This is not hentai a lot of other manga also show breast and nipple, and I alway tough that it was more realistic than always finding convenient mean to sensor, the author also get more freedom.
