Valhalla Scans are truly multilingual! Most of their releases on Patreon seem to be Spanish. Their outcry for Patreon support is in English. Apparently they translate manhuas (Chinese or Korean, the other is Manwha, forget which). And their plea for support THERE, is Japanese. I don't think they know which language they're trying to translate to which.
For the chapter itself...the other commenters have pretty much hit the nail on the head. Though I will say this - it's not a paywall. They do have other chapters available to the public on Patreon...if you can read Spanish.
Mangaka is lazy like hell. Chapters are 5-8 pages long per two weeks or one month. Longest chapter have 12 pages and it was released after one month.

nah he probably got blind sided by a truck when he fell down there but he blacked out first and didnt notice, its always the trucks man, its some kinda isekai mafia... of trucks... that redistribute losers in our world into isekai manga
