Description: | In this world, the concept of levels exist. Other than those who live off defeating monsters, most people are only around Level 1 to 5. What's more, not just anyone can go out to hunt monsters; it's heavily influenced by one's role appointed by God. There are eight such eligible roles. Warriors. Fighters. Clerics. Magicians. Rogues. Merchants. Hunters. Sorcerers. Those blessed with extraordinary power are divided into three types. Royalty. Heroes. Sages. But for the majority of the population, they have no such powers and live by farming or running shops. Towns are developed by those with the weakest role... Villagers. For the powerless Villagers going out to hunt monsters is equivalent to committing suicide. But one day, a certain two-year-old child given the role of Villager notices something. Once you defeat a monster... you can earn great wealth. Description From Web Novel |

Lacks the two very best parts of the novel:
* He kills the slime in the beginning by picking his nose and then flicking a *booger* at it. Not a rock. Why would someone flick a rock? That doesn't make any sense.
* The hero stumping for comrades in the plaza. Very high leveled and highly qualified men get quickly shot down, much to their disappointment. They're not what Sir Hero is looking for.
if i remember right it is actually both
I doubt they were "inspired" by that, though I do think they were both inspired by the same concepts.
The important question is, who would win, Level 999 Villager or Level 99 Goblin-Chan?
Generic but I enjoyed it.
My guess is that either Humanity has caused him serious grief or he met good willed demons that maybe even helped him out
I should really stop reading manga that just make me angry.
I'll save most of the rant, but these sort of stories are such a shitstorm. So many little things which just pile up, to a big clusterfuck of: "so the author just wanted an RPG story, so he copypasted every single cliche known to the world of gaming and applied it to reality even if it doesn't make sense, like the Hunter illustrated using a bow instead of a gun fuck this stupid non-creative shit."
so this is a promotional manga?
so it only last for 1 volume?
in just 2 chapter and he already get 2 proposal from loli and legal girl
Like everyone says this manga is very generic and well used as a plot device in the world of post one punch man. That being said? I see something special here...
I'll agree to that.
Basically another LN "oh man, so OP" thingy but the way it was done was intriguing and humorous enough to make me want to come back.
Concept: Tired
Execution: Not bad really.
It's the other way around. This series is one of those Promotion manga (original source is LN) and it came out before Goblin.
We got two marriage proposals already what is this
MC-kun has the weakest power but actually he's the strongest and doesn't bat an eye as he dispatches terrible villains fuck me I want to die I'm so tired of this story let it end dear god please.
How can you draw something so bland and be okay with yourself
It has some original ideas that get introduced later on but as with pretty much all series there is some generic stuff, try not to get caught up on the generic and you might come to like this series as I have. (I have read the light novel and it gets pretty interesting, so please give it a couple more chapters)
pretty sure this LN existed before that manga though not sure on the LN for that one
And Fallout 3. Which is why you start young:
The secret to his strength.
He's getting marriage proposals left and right!
like the immortal children of skyrim, he is unbeatable.
Hmm... yeah that's Moe alright.
I guess he refused coz he doesn't like "old hags"
