Souta's father had drawn a portrait of Yuki, which also hadn't erased, so he remembered her. In chapter 4 Yuki's elder sister (most siblings want the other to be happy) tells her "sometimes you should look behind you, too", which Yuki seems to be doing at the end. Also in chapter 4 he tells the sister "you're not that cold", but the sister wasn't moderating her temperature. So he may be becoming more like Yuki and matching her ageing.
My theory:
1. They're words, it's not possible to erase it because Yuki can only erase her image and also because yuki is a common word.
2. End of chapter mentioned that Yuki wants to age together. Not being together = not aging. Probably only affects him because he still has a sort of relation with Yuki
3. They probably meet at the end of time. Not breaking up anymore.
Sorry for point 3 I wasn't clear. Do they repeat some sort of cycle where he meets her and falls in love again? She has his umbrella at the end and his not aging much physically when compared to his friend, as well as his apparent lapse in memory have me thinking that he does find her on and off but repeats the cycle of fucking up. Nothing really to go for this but his lack of wrinkles begs the question of how.
I'd have liked this story better if either not all of the men she became involved with were trash or they shed light on the possibility that she is cursed to get involved with (or personally gravitates toward) only trash people. The way this story was told was too misandrist for my liking.
That's a rather sexist comment.
Page 43 remind me of this.

I figured it out! This is an adaptation of Foreigner's cold as ice.
You're willing to sacrifice our love
You never take advice
Someday you'll pay the price, I know
It happens all the time
Closing the door
You leave the world behind
I'll be honest but I like how this story was and fine with how it ended. I like that the only thing known about the woman is that she's a yukionna and looking for acceptance. I say acceptance and less on finding the perfect love because her partners loved her but all didn't seem to truly accept her as herself. At least that's what I took away from it. This ending showed the worst mess up of all of the ex's but he had the hardest time letting go. I do wish the author went into more depth of what he loved in particular about Yuki or how he came to the conculsion she was the one and only for him. That would've made the conclusion excellent.
A good read with kind of an interesting ending.
Fuck you then.
i have a few teory about it but it's just my speculation though..so it can be wrong....
1. the one who take a note and writing on the notebook is the man not yuki...so yuki can't affect it
2. he's not aging because he's always near her (*snow) from the first time yuki meet a new man until she leave the man...maybe the snow is the one who made him not aging like it's not made yuki aging
3. dunno...maybe??need moar chapter to know the exact answer for this
4. i don't think so....since ch5 has already explain it well enough about the leecherous woman...she's come and leave..that means the time doesn't erase nor repeated it...yuki just erase her "presence" and anything that can made her being notice...but if it's like the man who created it...it's won't got erase...
well...in the end, it's just my speculation..it can be wrong...
Wait so I'm a bit confused by this ending
Ah, the ol' "if you fuck me you'll become a better writer," trick, gets 'em every time!
So her stalker was the one husband that refused to forget about her? I don't know how I feel about this
Two chapters in a row, thank you so much!
Started kind of meh but now I'm interested!
It was good of the author to only repeat the "scenario" twice, after that everyone got it so it would just be boring.
Remember, guys.
gosh, that is one creeper elder sister
This is good!
Good stuff. However, I hope she does find someone faithful and the drama comes from her end next time.
And I'm half-kidding, but maybe she should seek out men whose jobs make them tolerate the cold, or are so hot that coming home to a Yuki-Onna
would feel like a blessing. Also, doesn't she need a cold environment to sustain herself? That's usually the case with Yuki and Tsurara-Onnas.
Man she just wants a happy laifu as a waifu. I just want her to get it as well.
But i guess it won't happen in this type of story
I believe it was more he didn't want Aika coming around because it stirred up emotions for her which he thought he'd buried when he met Yuki. In the end, he was a coward who couldn't be honest with his wife about an old flame and lingering affections.
I just hope this manga doesn't turn out to be just a compilation of shitty men and good (or eventually redeemed) women. I prefer less man-hating in my manga but, given the nature of the plot so far (innocent yuki-onna), I'm sure I'll have to expect quite a few one-sided situations.
