I'm honestly just happy that we all seem to agree on something for once; that this sucks. As for my opinion on this genre as a whole, I don't think the well is dry yet, just that japan is diluting the well's water in scum water. There might be a lot of trash but every now and then this genre brings some real fun. From SAO for starting it (mostly), to Overlord for changing the rules, and now to Re:Zero for expanding on the reason we even watch. People are sick of panning and finding dirt but that's just how you end up finding gold...eventually.

couldn't they at least have good art and attractive character design, is that too much too ask, i knew the writing was going to bad, going in, but not this bad. but couldn't it at least been fun, but no, there's no comedy, it's just generic ass shit, actually not even generic, it's just shxt. i was hoping for something like isekai maou, which while also pretty generic is at least fun, but this one is just a disappointment,
It almost look like they know that the premise itself is actually very bad yet selling so they decided not to make it worse by adding unnecessary twist and complication and just jump straight to the point,

reallistic speaking this MC use Martial Arts that he learned when he was young from his grampa to kill off demon and monster alike as if MA is at level of superhuman skill
ofc all this is from reading Web Novel where the MC is more like a young adult, in this manga seem like a high school = _=
I feel like the author mashed a whole bunch of LN titles together into one name.
It's like there's some bot out there auto-generating web novels, and people keep making them into manga for some reason

I mean c'mon! Honestly, I hope the actually talented mangaka and novel writers started coming back on top soon, otherwise the harem genre will forever be tainted with self-stylized crap like this. The description alone already reeks of mediocrity.
LoL another adaptation? -.- Why are they only adapting the "ero" novels while making the adaption manga "child friendly" lol....
The should rather adapte other good novels who dont have ero parts and make them at least faithful to the original.... this is just::
An OP MC should build up our anticipation that the MC will kick ass. It needs the build up or else the payoff is too flat. I am not fond of 'skill taker' MCs because the author just chains a constant flow of skills into the MC to pad out each chapter.
Sometimes the build up gives some anticipation but I've been burned a LOT when the author quickly blows it all away in a poorly executed climax.
I am getting that vibe from this first chapter.

Sadly, this is not a martial art manga (despite the tag) i believe, so of course they won't go in-depth about hows and whys of that martial skills of him.
So, is his "Skill Taker" ability in the description is some magical nonsense skill he got for free thanks to the plot, or actually an extend/enhance of his "Martial Art" which he formerly uses to steals techniques from other known martial arts? I hope it will be the latter.
More Isekai. More Slave Harems. Yusss.
The idea that the guy has crazy skills before going into the other world was the most interesting thing I saw. The hows and whys of that could have been some interesting story material. Sad that he crosses quickly and becomes no different from all the rest.
