That's why there's an "apparently" in my sentence, because I'm kind of confused as well. MAL has it as 1 Volume with 4 chapters, while mangaupdates has it as a oneshot.
You sure its four? It said a One-shot and said End... and seemed pretty conclusive to me. I think that's it.
This is apparently only four chapters long. But it's cute so far.
