Official is that that the series got picked up and get revenue from views on the Authors comics from the original site it was hosted.
At least that's how they work from other comic sites, like naver, daum etc.
um im pretty sure he must have said "saifu geto" not "Seifu Geto" or w/e was translated to get safe, get! it should probably be Wallet get (wallet is saifu which is pronounced similar to "safe" in english
