How am I supposed to translate it?
How can you not translate "a haraguro yandere" ?
I alternated squeezing my biceps and boobs to see if it was true or not.

Don't worry, this manga is completely shoujo ;D. In fact, the only other work by this same author is a shojo manga (u should be able to find it online)

Of course, it would likely be better to, well, translate it. Yandere is used commonly enough that many people in the community at least get the gist of what it means. Haraguro? Not so much. Halaguloi just looks like gibberish.
Halaguloi? If that was originally 腹黒 the word (or specific romanization) you're looking for is haraguro.
Misleading manga title, but it looks interesting.
