I dunno, vol 35 wasn't all that great. I was more a fan of vol 01-15. They started getting a little repetitious after that. Had she been reading anything from, say Tosh, or Wamusato Haru, or even Takemura Sesshu, THEN I'd be convinced.

True phimosis is a condition where the opening at the tip of the penis is too small for the skin to retract and expose the tip. This condition is relatively rare. In a way it is similar to closed hymen condition in women (where the hymen literally has no openings - usually solved by poking a hole through). However,in cultures that don't practice circumcision it is common to find men whose penises need to achieve a certain length before the skin can retract. This is simply because the skin covers a lot more of the penis than in circumcised men. It is often mistaken for phimosis but it's not. The hole itself is big enough, just that the skin cover is long. Uncut is not exactly a good way to describe it because the condition is also present on circumcised men. The condition is more a problem of blood circulation because its primary cause is consistent failure to pump the penis to its maximum length, not a problem with the foreskin itself.
Just asking because 80% would be too common for a "condition". Uncut is an easier assumption for me. I've also seen it in other manga stuff, and some of those stuff support my thinking that "in Japan, phimotic = uncut" since they would show the skin retract.

I think phimosis is a condition when foreskin can't attract, I've seen it referred to before in other manga and I think it's pretty common in Japan
