I wonder who the genius was who expected people to understand something that they have never experienced. It is what has basically happened since chapter 3, when no one sat down and talked to the child about the consequences of the chimera disease. Luckily they finally gave the boy an explanation in ch.6, but their seemingly self-perception of having the moral high ground (read "right to be angry") was completely wrong and actively harmful. They only told the guy chimera was bad, but never why (until ch.6). It is like if I would tell everyone that sure drugs give you an awesome high, but you should not do them because they are bad. What the **** does bad even mean, I have only told them that drugs are good and the only reason you should not do them is because, well, you should not. They have concrete knowledge of the advantages, while only an abstract idea of the disadvantages. 
   An argument which offers no explanation as to why it is correct, is in my opinion false by default. (This is of course not true when it comes to science, thanks to Karl popper). Them just telling the kid he is wrong, and never offering an explanation, is in it self wrong but natural. Them getting angry over his disagreement though is appalling. (Yes I know the doctor finally has a talk with him in ch.6, just had to vent a little.)

However, in this case I think it's more plausible that the characters in question had enough other stuff on their minds that they just didn't deal with the matter very gracefully.

Alternatively, details of the chimera disease may not be something you talk about in public.

Just do like me and never bother to remember them by name, and instead give them nicknames. Though be warned, things are a lot harder to take seriously when the main lead is refereed to as "ear-piercing guy".

If you wonder what the spoilers contain, it is only a "somewhat" incoherent rant about the idiocy of the adults from ch.3 to 6. It is completely unrelated to everything else, and is the result of being drunk on sleep deprivation (English really should have a word for sleep drunk).

Any author who can pull that off is good in my books.

This series has that Gangsta vibes on it which I quite enjoyed.

Great art, very sexy girl, interesting plot (so far), original setting (Chinese or China town?), followed mmm...

damn shes hot i better follow th- er i mean what a fascinating plot, truly a slowly and carefully crafted plot that is a credit to manga everywhere, perhaps Sorano shall fly into the sky with this epic story that seems to send non-stop chills down your spine!
