I need to stop reading food manga, I get hungry every time.

FYI, this is getting a live-action TV drama series on Fuji TV starting 6/27/2015.
Oh. I thought that "hypnotism" could be a reference to the narutomaki's spiral, but apparently it's something else entirely… thanks for the info!
Was the joke that she misunderstood saimin as 催眠/hypnotism? As somebody who lives in Hawaii, it seems like an odd joke as I don't believe many Japanese people actually know what saimin is.
In case you didn't know, saimin is actually a chinese word that we use for a noodle soup based off of the noodle soups of immigrants during the sugar cane and pineapple plantation periods in hawaii. You can buy it at some Mcdonalds, but it ain't any good there.

I'm just here to see Yuu fawning over Koizumi. She's just so stupidly optimistic and cheery...it's cute.
Girls who like food? I'm totally for ladies who like to eat and if this is becoming a thing in Japan, I might just move there. The ladies that don't eat kinda creep me out a bit. They're all... gangly and boney. And dead. Totes not sexy.
