You mean the voices at the end? my speculation is "Forgettable" side villians that shall bring the MC and girl closer.
I think it's more more along the lines of a"this is how girls think" aspect of his personality/ thought process.
I quite like the way she draws her female characters.....
That's not entirely fair, the kid is kind of messed up, he seems to have some real anxieties towards women in general, and her attitude towards him switched completely in just a day, it's not unreasonable for him to be a little suspicious and confused.
So would anyone care to speculate on the events at the end of ch4?
Why else would some mangakas write gender benders, its more of a psychological thing

I hate this kid. At least talk normally with her pls. No point watching that mc, the moe is the only thing that keep me coming back here.
People set that according to what magazine a manga has been published in, even if it does not resemble anything normally associated with that category at all.
And I agree, so far it looks way more like shounen rather than seinen. It has the wimpy, socially handicapped male MC that is so typical (and hated by many) for many shounen romance comedies.
