Actually Oga tried to do it at first exactly like what this guy did. He saw the situation and gradually accepted him while looking for another father. This guy still hasn't had a chance to look at the baby's situation yet. It only been 1 chapter. He just met her a baby who suddenly called him mama out of nowhere and wouldn't let him go.

Oga did try to dump Beel on others in the beginning but he did not outright try to ditch Beel like this kid, he at least had the decency try and find Beel another father instead of trying to leave Beel alone and run away like this guy. So Oga IMO is more likable in that sense. PLus total badass unlike this nerd = MARJOR BONUS POINTS!
Funny. I just have a feeling the child might actually be his niece he is unaware off. Possibly his sibling knowing his character pushed the responsibility on him without him realizing it. It seems like that the baby knows him so I think that is a real possibility.
