Left over: 9 + 8 of spades or 8 + K of clubs.

The spades royal flush is basically a sure win, no reason not to use it. Sure, Junko's royal flushes are a sure win unless Zero hits one of them with his spade royal flush but it's an acceptable loss for setting up the rest of it.

His own straight flushes are guarenteed wins against Junko's own straight flushes and will give him 12 points each instead of 9 thanks to starting with queens.

Meanwhile, if he can hit her 4 of a kinds with his own four of a kinds then that's an easy 14 or 13 points each.

The trick is that it maximises point gains while minimising losses, this way all of zero's hands are worth a minimum of 12 points while with the current build is 14s, 9s a 4 and a 3 which is inefficient. Sure it affords you 3 more royal flushes, but is it really worth it?

Best case scenario with that setup and Junko using the old one:
Junko: 51
Zero: 78
Which isn't a huge difference, but it is much easier to achieve than by trying to beat your opponent's flushes by one suit higher.

P.S: the reason to consider switching out the K of clubs for the 9 of spades is for mindgames. If your opponent uses a window to get you to reveal your 9s or 9 of spades looking for your (best) 98765 straight(s), what they'll find instead is your weakest hand. The 2s 4 of a kind that will always lose, thus letting the opponent trap themselves thinking it's a better hand than it really is.
