I changed the title to match with the Railgun Manga title. They both have the same prefix but Railgun's title omits it. Consistency everyone.

What I can't understand is why they chose to release in this size.
I seriously can't believe how many people underestimate Accelerator despite his title. And how stupid they are when they involve little kids. Don't they know that when little kids are involved, Accelerator is very eager to save them?
