Is simultaneously hilarious and very creepy. Also something about this reminds me strongly of Tonari no Seki-kun, if only because Tanaka and Seki are both such exact opposites in manner yet the same end result (slacking off magnificently) is achieved.
Followed if only because this is friggin' hilarious.
I have a feeling this one will be near perfect for some of the fujoshi crowd too. lol
