Good manga overall if you don't mind a few moments that can make you mad enough to punch the screen.

Considering that this is probably the first time that this guy has actually liked anyone, it makes sense why he is 'beta' usually it requires something that he wants badly enough to move up.

I will be a bit tipped if the main character doesn't end up with her, he should more definitely go after her, seeing as she is the only person to actually make him want something.

Aside from him being inexperienced when it comes to love, the girl is even more so. In the beginning she's basically a very wealthy hikikomori with little human contact. Being pushy with her would've been both unwise and kind of a dick move. At least to me it would've felt like that if the MC had gone after her right in the beginning, when he was basically the only person around her age in her life. It would've felt like him preying on her loneliness and insecurities.

OK, your opinion is valid, but you talk about extreme cases... I will rephrase again:

Taking the example of this story, 2 normal humans (the girl is a master in stock market, the boy is a guy that wants to work, not live under their family money) is money something that you should consider? The fact that she had 170 billion yen in her bank account is something that makes you want to love her and try to marry her to became free of working for your entire life?

This is the proof that you do not need to use money as a relationship point of choice.

The MC is what we know, he knows that she had the money, still he tried to pay things in their dates, do not had asked for money, only the one that he earned my teaching her, and simply wanted to show her, someone shut in, that life is a little more that Stock Markets and Trading, and it's not needed to have a lot of money to fully enjoy it!

I mean it's not the end all, and I'm not saying a person should "marry for money" or anything like that. However, the reality is that the way a person handles their finances IS a part of their personality and a factor in how they live their life, and is a portion of how they will handle a relationship with their partner. A relationship is a choice, regardless of circumstances or day to day emotions, and not simply an overpowering feeling that we call love.

For an extreme example: Supposing you sincerly and desperatly love someone, far beyond lust, would you absolutely propose to or except the proposal from them? What if we throw in that they are a gambling adict with no intention of changing, who is always borrowing money from people, yourself included, and not paying it back, who has spoken openly about the fact that married couples should share bank accounts, and wants 8 kids because s/he came from a big family and wants one too?

I don't know about you, but regardless of how willing I am to forgive faults* or how head over heals in love I am I would not be willing to develop a relationship and build a future with said person, let alone entrust them with a major portion of my children's health and safety (which money is a part of, being the means by which we buy food, clothes, first-aid supplies, etc.)

So I mean, as cold as this may sound because of the way we tend to discuss this topic now-a-days, the reality is that money does factor into a relationship. Feelings aren't the end all. It's choices. Including choices about the future. You'll never find someone to agree with 100% of the time, and you might not even be with someone you agree with 20% of the time, however those choices about HOW to deal with disagreements big and large will matter a lot.

*and regardless of this extreme example you WILL be in a relationship [I'm really hopefully assuming] with another human being, imperfect the same as us, who will require forgiveness, just like us.

I don't think that testing relationships is the point. More like she's sort of resentful of her wealth and things that come with it. Is it silly? Probably. Is it understandable? Hell yes.
