The ending seemed rushed.. such a let down

"I can't stop making money" I wish I had a problem like that...

 

Nice manga overall, a light read for people with a lot of time to spare. It doesn't have much of drama and the romance is kinda lacking. And finally, thank you for finishing the job, Kumori Scans.

I mean regardless of whether it was 17 or 170 chapters the end would look pretty much the same, the problem is that it's just headed towards the old "money can't solve everything" platitude and everyone can see it from a mile away

Yeah I guess that's the best way to phrase it. If I take it a step further I felt that that point wasn't as strong of an impact as it could've been?

To be honest, I'm not really satisfied with the ending but at least it didn't end with that Four-eyes and Yukari being together. ಥ_ಥ Thanks to all the scanlators who kept up with the manga's roller coaster ride of emotions!

it had a good flow. then people stopped reading. and the mangaka rushed the ending bc they still wanted an ended.

It wasn't only Yukari that grown up, Kei also had done that. We was someone needing also a change of air, and Yukari was what he needed. He hesitated because of his friendship, but in the end he stand up and said and done what he should had done 3 chapters AGO!!!!

Ehhhhh that ending was... meh.

To all complaints of the MC: He's human. -___- His problems are just different from most protagonists, and aren't sugar coated or thrown at us threw rose tinted lens. Nothing wrong with authors doing that, sugar coating character flaws so that they are not abrasive to readers or actually twisting the way we see them through the mode of their story so that even as we recognize a character trait as being more of a "flaw" than "virtue" we still find it somehow desirable. Meh, even that's not entirely right. Sometimes flaws are given fire like qualities to draw our eyes and catch our attention, to fascinate and enthrall us for the course of the story. Hasekura took a different approach here and gave the MC a more passive flaw, but using the characters' flaws in Billionaire Girl to great affect to drive the story. Is it the "tots bestest eva manga!!1"? Maybe not. Perhaps I am reading too much into it and seeing artfulness where there was only naivety or lack of maturity in the author's skills. However, it's 2:20 AM and I need to move to writing a paper. So good night. x___X

I was expecting to be really disapointed with it ending so soon, and thinking that the ending would be too early based on the story's progression, but. . . I'll take it. :U This works for me actually.

I don't really understand why some people say the ending is unsatisfying when it sums up everything. They go out at then end and have fun with everybody else. End of story. Period. Try reading Seven Ocean, Mx0, or the most notorious crappy ending of a manga, Idol Pretender, then you will know what an unsatisfying ending is really like. Of course, people are entitled to their opinions.
