Description: | A genius who fell into darkness. The god of the underworld. Akagi Shigeru runs from a Chicken race where he almost died to a Mahjong parlor, where a man is losing all his money to the Yakuza. Akagi, who is only 13, tells him that he plays it wrong, although he has never played the game before. Akagi then replaces him in the game, and there a legend is born. When the police come to check in on the parlor to see if the child that ran from the Chicken race is there, they deny the relation of Akagi to the chicken fight. In the end the policeman invites Akagi to a much more organized Mahjong game and from there the legends only continue to develop. Spin-Off: - Washizu -Enma no Touhai- (http://www.batoto.net/comic/_/washizu-enma-no-touhai-r4536) |

We almost have a game of Mahjong on our hands now assuming somebody remembered to touch the side to start the shuffling of the tiles, unless Washizu's head just did it for them.
*edit*
Maybe next chapter we will even reach the point of getting some of the starting hands dealt.
The volume cover for v30 has spoilers, please do not upload it as the page image.
Washizu vs Mecha Godzilla
I'd SO pay to watch that.
Seems like we have moved from Washizu's Inferno to King Kong.
Fukumoto, don't you know the dangers of those so-called 'legal' drugs that are being sold?
I'd say he is an relative to speedwagon.
Is Enma, by any chance, a relative of Amuro Ray?
"Not even my father hit me!"
Washizu's going to fight his way out of hell just to lose one more round to Akagi and... get sent right back to hell, I guess?
"I've never been hit by the Buddha!"
Quote of the year there, Enma. I don't know, but...the idea of being slapped by god...lol
Is your followup going to be "Obviously you think Saki is better than Akagi too, because your avatar is only from Kaiji and not Akagi"?
Either show me where I said that I think what Gamble Fish is doing is better / more enjoyable than the Washizu rebellion arc or just run like a bitch.
(Also, I wasted less time quickly copy pasting a single line of text into a cropped manga page than either of us takes to make a single comment, you act like it's not fun / enjoyable to make your own image macros.)
And what I'm saying is even washizu hijinks is better than gamble fish.
Also, nice ad hominem, m80. Glad you wasted your time getting salty enough to make an image about me. I'm done talking with you.
You did, read your own comment. You are sad about the current state of akagi and happier about gamble fish.
That's a massive leap of logic with nothing to support it, where did I say or even hint that?
If you're implying that gamble fish is at any point better than akagi, you are mistaken. Very, very mistaken, gambling or no.
Gamble Fish, the manga with no actual gambling or fish to speak of in it, currently features more life or death gambling with Mahjong than Akagi does. Makes me a little sad.
with the power of the
kingtoothpick, washizu of the rebellion surges to changearea 11hell.Can he defeat
Britannia KingYama?Nah that was a good one
Looks like Washizu lost the most important bet of all...Pascal's wager!
(rimshot)
As I recall: yeah, until chapter 255 at least (my memory of the raws is a bit vauge though)...
I'm not so sure I agree. Sure, that hell is hardly what I'd call pleasant, but on the other hand, as you will see, it's somewhat based on the buddhistic version of hell - and unlike in christanity, in buddhism Hell isn't a place of eternal torment, but rather a place of temporary torment/punishment/repentance/purification. Didn't we already see a few of those damned souls die (though what death means in that realm would be a matter of speculation I guess)? That means it at least isn't premanent...
Is volume 29 going to be entirely Washizu of the Rebellion?
In before
We're however getting very close to the japanese releases, now the wait is going to be even longer lol, gotta admit FKMTKrazy did a really good job these last few months. They're also working hard on Kazuya-hen again (4 new chapters today)
(Ten Spoilers kinda?)
