Now, the only problem is, will Sou actually give Kogure semen? will the author pull some BS 'softcore' plot twist to seal the deal (such as, only needing to french kiss Kogure, for example)? OR, will the author use the major asspull and turn Kogure into a girl when all's said and done (this one will piss off many ppl, myself included)?

Aw man. As much as I want to believe the author that they're really going to totally go there, I have a feeling there's going to be an gigantic asspull at the last minute. That last page was just too forward to take it seriously... I also really hope they don't try to turn Kogure into a girl or something... He worked so hard as a boy to win Sou, so he should be able to reap the rewards of that victory...

This is just me, but I believe Kogure isn't being honest about the recovery. That was way too fast, unless they're using the 'time flows faster in the other world' thing.
