For me the original is ten times better. Not to take anything away from this one, it's cute, but it just doesn't compare.
Seconded. I personally think the original is superior in every way. The teasings are actually witty and diabeetus-inducing.

They should do the anime like this. Have the last episode end with chapter 31 of the original. Then they do an OVA of this series.
