Based on her big sister line, I think she's accepted that she can't be Yukino's lover even if her feeling is romantic. And that whatever she do, it's unlikely that Yukino will look at her the same way she did Nobara.
 
She knew Yukino was suffering back then, but she herself couldn't save her. The most she could do was comfort her. And while Yukino was happy for her actions, at the end of the day she did not reached out to her.
 
 
But with Nobara, Yukino became proactive trying to befriend her.
 
 
 
Misa did get jealous (still do) and tried to challenge Nobara earlier as mentioned here.
Though as of this chapter, I think she's got a moment to remind herself that the reason she chose to be the protective figure was not for herself, but for Yukino who didn't/couldn't protect herself.
 
So then, if someone were there to save Yukino (both physically and emotionally), even if that person is not Misa, she should support that person.

Yeah, I wonder how she's going to react.  And, I wonder if she'll be more bothered or less if she figures out it's a romantic attachment, not being replaced as a best friend.

Was hoping for more drama, but the feels was nice, feel sorry in a way for Misa. Her place beside Yukino is being taken away. And it has to hurt.
