I like how lowkey this shounen is. Others would already be introducing some world ending terror that the MC would have to train up towards and somehow need to beat, and already be going into another tournament arc on the way to save the world. Instead, it's a very quiet and contained story. Sure, he's fighting someone way too strong right now, but he's doing so because he has to save his sister - he doesn't want to destroy every demon and stop an apocalypse, he just wants what little that's left of his family to survive. Even the other boys have their own issues they're actually working through instead of just "ha ha! I leveled up! Time to defeat the badguy, MC!"

Anyway, thanks so much for translating this. It may not be the most popular but it's such a refreshing change of pace. 

How dare he do that to Nezuko's beautiful skin. We need a giant boot to step on him ASAP.

But I can't help but think most people are overreacting, MC is the best character so far. I don't see why so many people like Zenitsu that much.

Its possible. I don't think the pig guy even had legit demon hunter swords to begin with. The ore were given out following everyone else completing the task, and of course he was absent during that scene.

And this gives Tanjiro an excuse to get a new sword color, like the crimson blade. I always suspected his current sword was such a dark crimson that it appeared black.

Was Zenitsu's blade ever confirmed yellow? or is it white? I mean the cover shows the white scabbard so I'd assume the blade is yellow.

Also what will the pig have for his color?

I think Zenitsu might be my favorite character.

Is that one of the 5 that passed the test with Tanjirou and co? The butterfly theme matches.

No, the better question, is it a he or a she? He/she didn't have a clear physical exhaustion/wound while Tanjirou and co have. Probably quite strong. Since tanjirou has nose, zenitsu has ear, and inosuke has touch, this one probably has either heightened sense of vision or taste.
