Reminds me of how people complained about the earthquake... the author set the story in said specific period of time, was he supposed to ignore a major disaster?!

It might be "ultra common" but it's also historically accurate.
Gah, I hate this ultra-common cliche plot twist every time it's used. This should have been a great chapter but instead it leaves me a foul taste in my mouth.

I like that Tamahiko's uncle is a part of his 'wonderful world'. His family is all kinds of fucked up, but at least his sister and his uncle are genuinely good people.
