Originally, he slept for like 2.5 days, right? So maybe we're somewhere in there.  Also, 2.5 days + 4 days between ch. 3 & ch. 4 + the day of ch. 4 = ~ 1 week.  Could that be the time limit of the rebirth if it's objective-based rather than mortality based?

The witch Beatrice might have killed him with magic or maybe the little sis maid, who apparently was seen crying in the second page of chapter one, did him in for refusing haircut or possibly the yandere ish older sis maid got jealous of what she just saw outside or most likely that the clown killed him for getting way too close to Emilia-tan. But whatever the case is, it seems he need the cats help this time.

Definitely not. If he already knew about the time loop, he'd be taking much different actions to prevent this man who could possibly be a spy from getting near the princess.

I just noticed:  When he first awoke in the mansion, he was wearing a robe, NOT his clothes from Japan.  Everyone else seems to not recognize him, but the tracksuit remembers him.

So far (before this chapter) he only looped back upon death, so it is most likely someone killed him. Unless his objective was to stop someone from getting murdered? Either way, what a crappy ability. It doesn't even give you a list of events past.

Tell me how you'll know that you got killed when you're sleeping then.

In this case, we only know that he was killed because of the reset. We do not know how he got killed because he was sleeping and he also doesn't have any ways of knowing what's happening while he's up in dreamland.
