I've just found a shop that sells it in digital format: sokuyomi.jp
That's not his problem; sensualaoi does a lot of hentai and borderline stuff like this, and I think many of his works have been reported and locked. If that's the issue, I kind of agree, some stuff seems to get locked for close to no reason while some very risqué comics get no moderator attention at all. The issue with mangaupdates seems to be explained here.
Why's the translator bitching about batoto? It's easy to find with a google search.

On another note, they just happen to be in the same class with their relationship the exact opposite from the game... LOL!

both character look too similar... the title of the Hentai Manga was Farfalla...
Ruen Rouga huh? He mostly draws a lot of gender bender//hentai but he can tell a good story i'm looking forward to reading more. I can already tell this is going to get very ecchi.
