Manga logic: your argument is invalid.
The problem with this setup and others like it is that the abductee can just refuse to pay the fees and suffer no negative repercussions. I doubt whatever she might have signed during her kidnapping would be legally binding.

This looks like it'll be a great romcom.
Honestly just play a eroge like Yabai! -Fukushuu- Yami Saito- for a way better revenge porn rush. The MC isn't a pussy either, he kidnaps the girls himself and live broadcasts their rapings on niconico. He wasn't bullied either, his sister (whom he was dating) committed suicide because of them so he gets them to admit to their crimes via hard BDSM. It's actually a pretty good mystery.

Yeah, if he wants to win the game, he needs to do a better job. If he wants to torture her without killing her, psychological torture would be a better start than chains around her neck. Mix that with electric shocks, waterboarding, and other painful but nonlethal torture methods, and she'd break soon enough.
He should have worn a much better disguise, but on the other hand, it looks like he's hardly her only victim, so maybe there's too many to choose from for her to be able to easily guess with only 4 tries.
I'm also curious about what he did right after school started to incur her wrath. Maybe it was something ridiculously minor that pissed her off because she's a psychopath, but what if it was something horrible and that's why she's exacting her revenge?

It doesn't take a genius to figure out who is behind the game. This too obvious, it won't keep my attention. Off to other ( better ) mysteries.

Interesting premise but one that would probably work much better as an adult title or full hentai.
Got to agree that the main character is a fool. Starting off with her wearing nothing but a blindfold would greatly increase his odds.

MC clearly has no idea what he is doing.
Not to mention that he didn't even bother to blindfold her, he's still wearing his school uniform and his only disguise is some cheap mask. She would have to be a complete moron to not be able to guess his identity.
