As far as Isekai go...this one is actually pretty bad so far compared to others...if anything I'll stick around to see if anything else improves.

Looks like it just got added back. Now the only mystery is why the chapters are all out of order. The chapter naming doesn't seem to be wrong, but Batoto is still showing them in a weird order... (1-4-3-2)

When chapters get added, the person adding has to also specify the sort order. Chapters 3 and 4 now have a sort order of "1" meaning they will stick with chapter 1 (the REAL sort order 1). If you mouse over a chapter, it displays the sort order the uploader assigned.

Japanese WW2 vets are among the most savage. Just look at the Rape of Nanking. They had newspapers detailing a competition by soldiers to see how many people they can kill with a sword. They still have temples that honor their war crimes. People in other Asian Countries hate the Japanese because they deny or ignore the atrocities they committed in their historical education. People forget how Blood thirsty the Japanese really are when in war. They were the original Suicide Bombers. When you think Kamikaze, you think Japanese Suicide Bombers. It would take 2 nukes to stop them. Plus in the novel, he was not only a war vet, but he was also part of the underground and killed people. The God only initially saw that he was not a convicted criminal but he actually did kill a lot outside of war. 

To be fair, it didn't take two nukes to stop the Japanese - it took two nukes to stop them fast.  Russia was getting ready to invade, and if the nukes hadn't been dropped and the US invaded instead, we would have ended up with another West/East Germany or North/South Korea.
