now that it mentions it, she does get tied up pretty often, doesn't she...
this was aimed at a seinen audience though. so the only other possiblity would be either to go for softporn (which they did in the bangaihen thing) or switch to a hentai magazine which would be way less profitable. and he had to tone down the drawings anyway otherwise it could not be published (read his tweet about the scene with mio-sensei and the snake).
