... I think I've read something similar to this. A revenge story, but in it, his first life was only a tutorial. After dying there, it restarted and then he retained alll of his memories. Can someone help me and tell me the title?
It isn't isekai anyway.
But then the author wouldn't be able to exact his revenge on his old classmates who bullied hi- I mean then the MC can't exact revenge on his old team!
Not to mention that that would be a clever idea. Which means it wouldn't be in an isekai.
There's another overreaction here... There are a few good OP isekai novels out there. What you seem to hate is the "self-service", in wish fulfilment novels.
Which I agree, these are the worst kind of trash to ever be written. It even goes against what stands for a good story, cause it's a novel written for your own sake, your own miserable ego. It brings nothing to the readers, unless you are the same as the author

yep. this is a reincarnation / tensei manga. isekai would be "transported from another world". for isekai, the "reincarnation" is optional, so GATE is an Isekai, yeah.
