I hope someone translates the chaps which were released only in jp, also reading that last blog post crushed my heart back then
I wondered what happened.
I really enjoyed the story and feared that this may be the cause.
The above quoted post is correct, MCyumi.com is the official English version. However, in a sad turn of events, Anastasia Moreno passed away July 12, 2015 (i.e. last month. Yeah, she updated on the 9th, tough lady). It looks like in her final months she endeavored to enable Takeshi Nogami to carry on / complete Marine Corps Yumi in her absence, so it's still updating in Japanese, although I don't know if there are plans in the works to continue publishing the official English version.

Anyway 'tis pretty interesting so I'll keep watch on possible updates.
I'm thinking that either her or the author has no clue how the military works...
