The premise of this was just pants on head stupid, but by god if it hasn't grown on me. I love these characters! They even have actual motivations, well most of them.

The story in this manga is taking, to me, a satisfactory pace, in recent years i've come to notice that more and more mangas, comic, books and movies seem to be in a hurry to tell their story, i mean there is some point when to much story gets boring, but come on when you put the pace of a racing car on the story why the hell should I care for anything on these stories, Yoshino-sensei is doing a fine job constructing the world and rhythm i hope this manga continues this way.

The "get 'em boobies" power-up is completely stupid, but it's still more bearable there than it was in Seikon no Qwaser... or more like I didn't even get past episode 2 of SnQ... 

And the universe is nicely built, while the MC is getting very interesting after chapter 3.

So I just started rereading the manga and came upon this page. I can't believe I missed this the first time:

Holy shit, those moons are really close to the planet.
 
Assuming their moons are both the same size as our own (merely for the sake of making calculations easier), the apparently largest moon in their sky would have to be a mere 5% the distance from their planet that our Moon is from Earth, while the apparently smaller moon in their sky would have to be a mere 12.5% the distance from their planet that our Moon is from Earth.

The tidal forces on this planet would be INSANE. I'm talking on the order of around up to nine hundred times greater than what we experience on Earth with the Moon. On their planet, geological activity like earthquakes would be frequent, while tsunami-sized waves would be an everyday occurrence when the tide was coming in and oceans would seemingly drain away when the tide was going out. But that's only if liquid water still exists on the surface. The immense amount of tidal heating, caused by friction due to the effects of tidal forces, would cause the planet's surface temperature to heat up by an average of at least 55 °C (that's 131 °F for people in still living in the 18th century), to potentially as much as over 200 °C (392 °F). Additionally, with two moons so close to the planet, the orbits of said moons would not be stable, both would gravitationally disturb each other, and eventually one (likely the outer moon) would be ejected from its orbit around the planet. If they're really unlucky, the orbit of the close moon would have its periapsis (closest point of the orbit)  pulled even closer to the planet, increasing its tidal effects on both the planet and it, possibly to the point of reaching the Roche limit where the moon would start to be ripped apart from the planet's tidal forces, creating a field of debris in orbit to be pulled down onto the planet as meteors.

In short, this planet would pretty much be completely uninhabitable. And before you ask, no—changing the size of the moons, such as making them larger so they can be further away, would not help this issue; for them to look like they do in the sky, they'd still have to be too close and the tidal forces would still be just as insane.
