The art is a bit rough, but it's a decent read. As far as tsunderes go, Yuiko is pretty easy to get along with. Either that or Tomoya is secretly extremely smooth.

This girl is Cute for a Tsundere. As of late there has been a lot of tsuderes that have been rather annoying. It's good that one of these comes along sometimes.

Art is important in a cute romantic comedy. During the cute moments (especially with tsunderes), we're supposed to look at them and go "HNNNNNGGGGGGGG" not "thefuck is up with her face"
The art is fine. The art is pretty much never the selling point for these rom/coms. We are here for the cute story.
