Reyn Erhardt, a slime trainer, the lowest of the low, cares nothing for status and just continues his daily regimen of training for his personal slime, Pem-Pem. Yet in school dominated by monsters as grand as dragons, those who cannot hope to rise to the top take out their frustrations on the lowest ones, and Reyn and Pem-Pem make for easy marks. Or do they? |

Eh you mean like now with these Z pose ?
Could have been worse. At least battle harems are starting to phase out. On the other hand any combination of two or more of the words isekai, harem, slave, demon king, cheat and reincarnation are enough to make me vomit bile. And this comes from someone who liked isekai in the times of Zero no Tsukaima, so my standards aren't exactly high.
This is what sells in Japan? Far too much talking, generic characters, it's badly drawn (proportions are completely off, their hands are tiny and they have huge heads) and clichés everywhere. All the exposition feels forced because it's always the "you, who has x power and comes from x family, are nothing" type that no one would ever say in the middle of a fight or when first meeting. Rambling on about an enemy in the middle of a fight would never be done either, it just makes the pacing of the action scenes awkward.
While I don't mind some explanations about who certain characters are, having several pages of text explaining exactly who someone is and how amazing or powerful they are is just boring. I'd much prefer they give a little bit of background and then show it instead of just telling us. None of these characters stand out either, they're all stereotypes with a different background. There is nothing interesting about them. I don't understand how these kinds of stories can sell so many copies.
Next up: Ninja Slime Girl Trainer, falls on her head from the wall/ rooftop. And gets fanservice time for the manga by ways of flashing her tong.
Yup.
No thats from the MC from Rakudai Kishi
Nigga pokemon is an anime and a manga both of which come from japan, are you retarded?
Slime performed Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu: It was super effective.
I don't know... But the Las time I hear that quote is from kurogane ikki chivalry of failed knight..
It's basically a dramatized version of Yugi Muto with Kuriboh.

Oh, that seems like a nice way to spend 30 minutes.

Oh, hell no. I can already tell how this is going to go down.

Please god no.

froths at mouth
It's light novel disease. To churn out as much crap as they do so fast they squat out entire books of mostly talking and exposition (which can be okay with a skilled writer, but LN authors generally aren't) and a little bit of action / cliffhanger as they milk their plot twist for at least six books. The To Aru Railgun/Index author is particularly bad with this, it's like Perry Rhodan - the manga and anime improve it considerably.
I believe it's Kamijo Touma against Accelerator - To aru Majutsu no Index
Is 1st chapter missing some pages? There's some abrupt jump when dragon girl attacks mc and in 2nd and 3rd chapters she talks like she already lost to him once...
It's only the slime that's fighting, this manga should have just been about the slime as the main MC. This is like Pokémon but instead of just Pokémons fighting Ash will get close to the enemy Pokémon and try to do some poses to act like he's fighting it.
Can no longer wrap my head around this manga, its time to let go
Chapter 1's translation is so bad. It's a shame I can't locate the translation for chapter 2+.
Why am I following this again? >.> <.< mmm...nope. Can't remember any good reason why I did so. I love me some trashy isekai, but this one didn't hit any of the right buttons for me.
Well, I bid you all adieu and hope you continue to enjoy it
And no fucks to give.
かめはめスライム波
Well, the slime is based on a Dragon Quest slime, it looks similar to the one in Dai no Daibouken.
Toriyama did both Dragon Quest and Dragon Ball.
In addition, there's a few "Saiyan" slimes in DQ -- Metal kaiser slime, Golden Slime, Master Slime, etc etc.
