People have been charged and put on sex offender list for peeing in public or exchanging nude pictures with their girlfriends of same age. Though again, in US.

Girl B, if she were over a certain age, would probably be charged with something. Not rape, but something close. If she were younger (I don't know exact ages) she'd most likely get off without any charges.

 

The charges on the girl could be lessened if she or her lawyer managed to convince the court that she was under some influence prior to performing it (drugs, alcohol, etc) especially if she says Male A provider her with such stuff.

There are actual cases where both parties are minors and therefore neither can legally consent and in that case it often turns out to be a matter of which one's parents try to press charges first.

So yes, even if you were demonstrably restrained and the minor clearly forced themself upon you to the point where you could do nothing to stop it, it is entirely possible that someone will find some way to press charges against you for it. It's not definite because it would depend on the people involved (and the parents of the minor) as well as the local laws.

"Henjyo - Hen na Jyoshi Kousei Amaguri Chiko" is wrong. Her name is Amaguri Senko. Chiko is an incorrect reading of the kanji and shouldn't be anywhere near the title and even after it is fixed should not be listed as an alternate name, it's just wrong.
