Sorry about the Credits page being the first thing appearing when reading Vol. 6 chapters on Batoto. It's a problem with file-naming conventions or something -- in Windows, the Credits page stays as the last file (as it should). Anyway, I've fixed all the current chapters of Volume 6. Sorry for the trouble.

Overheated Eyebrows-chan was pretty cute, tho.

Yeah, Mitsudomoe kinda underwent art evolution in the later chapters -- I believe it started after the hiatus when the anime did poorly in Japan or something, but I'm not so sure.

To be honest, I prefer Norio-sensei's older style than the ones in the newer chapters, but I guess the trade-off for better outfits kinda makes up for it. Well, as long as Mitsudomoe keeps its original flavor, I don't really mind how many times she changes her art style.

Exile as in that Japanese band?

I knew I missed something! While researching what "Exile" actually was, I did stumble upon it being some sort of Japanese band -- unfortunately I couldn't find any images of them doing that circley thing, so I didn't get the reference. Thank you for enlightening me!

Is the manga finished? Or are new chapters still coming out in Japan?

The manga is still ongoing, and I hope that it stays that way for a good long time. I believe that new chapters are being released every month or so. There's also a spin-off series called Almost Weekly Mitsudomoe (ほぼ週刊みつどもえ) that seems to have a faster chapter release rate, but I don't have any RAWs of that, which is too bad. If anybody knows where I can get RAW files for this awesome series' spinoff, please let me know so I can work on that as well!

Okay, I just finished updating Vol. 5 Ch. 79 into Version 2. It's much better in my opinion since it's less stiff, all the SFX and some lines I've missed are now fully translated, and the Cover's been translated too. Let me know what you guys think.

 

Anyway, how to I remove the older version of Ch. 79? I just clicked on the Red X to Unapprove the Chapter. Is that all I have to do?

Nah, this shouldn't take too long. There should still be at least one update every week, if that's what you're asking.

I just felt that since I stuck with a rougher/closer Japanese translation with the earlier chapters I posted, it ended up being a bit stiff in some places.

I’ve recently been thinking about going back to some old chapters I’ve posted and make the grammar less stiff. What do you guys think? Should I go back and make a few changes, or just keep going forward?

It's odd how Hitoha's porn has survived from her original personality as an inscrutable person especially since her characterization moved to her basically being a mostly normal person just with bad social skills and worse luck.

I think that's actually the first real pantyshot in this series. I thought its fanservice ceiling was lower than that.

Yeah, I was also caught off-guard while I was translating it. I believe Mitsudomoe's general rule is: "As long as it's not happening to an actual character real-time in the story, it's okay" -- hence Futaba's boob drawings, her boob plushy, nudity from someone's imagination, etc.
