i think the scanlation group just gave us the gist of what the guy was saying. like "is anyone banging you" would've been "are you seeing somebody" but it was a lot funnier so no complaints from me

I think that wasn't the only thing he was referring to there are several other comments this chapter that made me doubt this translation.
