Sheesh, too many complaints about no lewdness in this chapter. Just focus on the top of page 20 and enjoy it for something rare in these types of manga: simple beauty.
That's kind of a myth. They did have undergarments they wore under kimonos, but they're nothing like modern ones.
So it's a bit like saying you'd never wear panties under a Victorian dress. While technically true, it's also misleading.
Her putting up her leg is about as lewd as we get in this chapter. I'm guessing she's waring a kimono the traditional way. i.e. no pantsu.
