That's what I wanna know aswell!
What happened to all the chapters?
it's kinda cute when he smiled. love it!
by the way, fuck that guy.
“Ahh, you’re smiled!”
He is smiled indeed :^)
ALLAHU AKBAR!
In the manga however he married her primarily to keep Eumenes from becoming an influencial Macedonian citizen. Attalus household was quite influencial (married the daughter of Parmenion after all) and with the recent campaign would gladly have supported him in future endeavors.
Phillip was planning to invest a significant amount of power and influence into Eumenes. Having someone who could use that power in politics would be dangerous.
Historically Eumenes faced constant hurdles when commanding an army due to his Secretary status and the fact he was not Macedonian. His soldiers had loyalty that shifted on a whim and were often insubordinate. Given what happened historically the author made a good call in forming this relationship between Eumenes and Eurydice.
And if you're wondering Phillip of Macedon was somewhat a harem master...he kept remarrying younger girls every few years "for political" reasons. Olympias, Alexander's mother, was already his fifth wife.
reason 1:http://vatoto.com/reader#59098843ebc4c01e_21 he wanted MC to remain fully Scythian, if MC marries her MC won't be full scythian anymore
reason 2: http://vatoto.com/reader#59098843ebc4c01e_22 he wants a Macedonian noble for his wife, this probably means he wants a better heir than Alexander (he thinks Alexander shouldn't be a king)
Why did the King marry the MC's girlfriend?
I'm so confused can someone explain what happened...
did he just like her.... he said he found a new piece or something like that... @____@
Thank you for the chapter

Yeah, about a decade already.

.... I've been following this series for 9 years already...... I want more satisfying chapters. This chapter went completely off on a tangent. *sobs*
New, naw, this have been around for YEARS... Monthly releases of only a weekly's worth of pages (~17 and not the usual 28 or 37 common in monthlies) means the story is sluggish at best, stagnant at worst. That and eumenes won't be shining much beyond patagonia's arc unless the author attributes all of alexanders famous battles (ie. Tyre) to Eumenes. Since Eumenes "story" really only shone during the Daidochi wars.
Oh neat, a new manga. Never heard about this Iwaaki guy, but this new manga I never heard about looks fun. Historie, huh? Such a fresh name.
It's ALIVE!
Thank you Hox!
weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
if i remember well those two child are not sure to have been born, they could have, as well they could not have, we dont have real proof about them, but it's a pity she had to become the king 7th wife, i liked her with Eumenes
According to a Arrian of Nicomedia, Alexander made him marry a certain Artonis, daughter of Artabazus a Persian noble
My real curiosity is what will the Author do about the names and number of Eumenes' actual wife and children. Plutarch mentioned they exist, but never named them ;p (but alas, its not for another 5+ years before we reach that junction, given the release schedule and how long alexander's campaign is going to last...)
The other downside is that given where this manga started and where it is now, I doubt we will get to the point of the Wars of the Daidochi anytime soon, and I felt that is when Eumenes really shined as far as the drama goes~
Not mentioning, itd be fun to see Eumenes appear in Tios again, and laugh as he says "You remember me? I'm baaaack! And now I'm YOUR satrap!"
