I feel like Anju "healing" him is part of the bigger plot of the study leader to keep the MC in his "grasp".  It's too convenient that Anju is there to heal him at the best time when she ignored him for the most part.  It seems it's a honey pot trap to lure him into the study leader's grasp and have him fall into lust.

Maybe I interpreted the speech bubble wrong, but in ch12, it seems like Anju is the actual leader of the group (behind the scene) because it sounds like she's the one that assigns partners, and the pretty boy acts like a recruiter. Also high chance she knows how things would likely turn out and conveniently there to make herself the savior.
