In a slow moving character driven manga like this it's a good thing to have more back-story on different teams. I mean fans are always asking Ritz about them anyway so might as well put it into the manga. I actually think it's one of the appeals of saki to have all of these different girls with different stories being talked about. If you want to see dragging things out then go read Nisekoi.

Wtf do you mean, they NEVER wore pantsu in the first place. Pantsu do not exist in the Saki Universe.

How about that certain flashback with a yet-unknown girl, and some sort of accident? Just saying...
Lemme guess. Parents divorced, one went to the father the other went to the mother. End of story. I mean come on people this is Saki, do you honestly expect the plot to be deep.

Everytime something interesting happens at the end of a chapter and then we have to wait for the next.
As much as i want to say this makes me all anxious about waiting then it also really do make it so i read the next one.

Judging by the quality of both group's releases, I think rinshan kaihou's probably the better one to do with. The other group's quality is lower and made some rather questionable translation choices with names.
