Uh... Grand Blue is the embodiment of friends stabbing each other in the face while smiling. Well, with a titan face grin that is. While pouring each other a nice glass of "water" (Spiritus, to be exact).

Assuming author doesn't plan some kind of "oh she's actually being tsundere and jealous, she actually liked you since long ago" sort of reveal (which frankly I wouldn't put it as impossible given the genius yandere imouto already)
She's basically the trolling guy friend character who enjoys teasing the MC for lulz, but female this time.
That said, if author does plan to make her a tsundere, I wonder what is her abnormal ability to makes her competitive with a GOD and a genius yandere...
