I never understood It either, but well that's that.
One of my main problems with yaoi is that the relationship between the protagonists tend to be abusive. I can't stand that in any kind of romance. No idea why women like to read about this sort of behavior...
Though there are some guys who like NTR also. Can't understand that either.
And that is why the only category I tend to avoid is yaoi, cuz its surely explicit stuff...basically porn xd.. so unless the description is enticing enough i avoid, but sites like lezhin only use the BL tag but as long as the plot is good l welcome the lewdness. Yuri on the other hand, most of the time isn't even explicit.
