Probably kept it as her most loved possession.
One of the BEST endings ever. And the author broke the 4th wall epically... I wait for an anime of this series. This deserves it.
I wonder what Hanatora did to Shinsuke's soul.
Hmm. I tried reading this, wasnt into the first 3 chapters, and moved on. Came back some months later, and finished the 99 chapters in 2 days.
Incredible story. Haven't read anything with such a great cast, with an amazing storyline from start to end in ages. And the ending!!! So perfectly wrapped up. In an age of horrible endings of long running manga, enjoy this perfectly crafted story. You won't regret it
I am absolutely disgusted that it took me THIS long to discover and read this series. I just finished it in 2 days, so I'm going to need some time to digest this...masterpiece, but it is definitely in my top five of favorite series of all time and it most certainly has the best, most fulfilling, cathartic, and satisfying of any series, in any medium, I've experienced.
I'm so glad this has been consistently number one. Mizukami Satoshi deserves more exposure without a doubt.
I just finished this one on my 3rd night of staying late LOL
I gotta say that this is one of the finest piece of literature that I have read. I plan to read "Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer" and "Spirit Circle" after this one.
Thank you scanlators for finishing this series!
I DIDN'T NEED THIS, GOD DAMN IT.
IM CRYING GODDAMIT
Less emotional than Hoshi no Samidare but so much more enjoyable. What a great ride.
I JUST REALIZED SOMETHING ABOUT THE ENDING
This is my third reread and I just realized this. Didn't see it in the comments so figured I should mention it!
Yeah there is romance.
Without spoiling anything, does this have a lot of romance? The way this mangaka does Romance is one of the top reasons I liked Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer and Spirit Circle.
I'm reading chapter 42 and I want to know if the 1000 tails fox guy will come back. It's my favorite character and if the rest of the story is about the demon brat I don't care enough to continue reading. So, will it appear again as a main character or just in the end?

*MUFFLED SCREAMING IN THE DISTANCE*
WHY. IT'S NOT LIKE I WANTED MY HEART INTACT.
I didn't think a series including a kid filled with one thousand demons, blood-induced power-ups, and a goddess shooting trees like missiles would be "not over the top" but I agree. Mizukami's tone didn't seem to be so "look how badass this is" so it felt grounded.
Fast paced and nice, not over the top. Enjoyed it. Some unanswered questions linger though, just my cents.
it took us 5 years to see this manga end, but what an awesome journey it was, thanks to all the people who worked translating this manga, i'm really grateful to you guys.
Now if someone is curious if they should read this or not, then let me give a you a little push saying but of course i highly recommend this one, is really well paced and the story and their character are well written.
i found it this manga at 7-8 PM last night then read it til 6:45 AM... finish the whole chapter and i don't regret it. I fully recommend this one.
It had a bit of an error when I replied,
I can't see what you're quoting for some reason but what WAS the meaning of Tsukiko's permanent blush?
