Tl;DR: I used "Plot" as a euphemism for certain parts of the manga that made me feel uncomfortable.

Now for the long answer.

If you ask me the main plot, or storyline, is the progression of the relationship between the brother and his sister. That part of the manga I do enjoy, as it has some good moments.

However, what I somewhat wrongly used plot to describe was something different. It was a euphemism for "Wow I feel uncomfortable about the fact that what is literally a rape drug is treated like a joke". The 13 thing feels so distasteful to me, maybe even more so when it just seems to be a way for the author to make two people have sex out of the blue.

During the first arc in which the drug was present the brother got a dose of it, but managed to overcome it thanks to his friend. However this has to my knowledge never happened since, and instead this rather horrifying creation is treated like a joke. If you have to literally drug people in order to have them have sex, then maybe there is something wrong with the whole situation. If you then choose to repeat this over and over, then maybe there is something wrong with the plot. Maybe they should look through things and perhaps not involve rape drugs as a recurring joke.

The there is the whole issue with the imouto, and how she seems to have a rather destructive personality. Wig this I don't necessarily mean all the teasing, manipulation and such, but rather things like the time she literally abandoned the brother on the side of the road! Who the hell does that? Anyway, the story progresses, and she to my knowledge doesn't even show a hint of regret, instead using the situation as an opportunity for more manipulation. Couldn't they at least have had her say sorry to him in the end, or did I miss that? Because the whole sequence made her come off as a psychopath.

There are probably even more things about this manga that just make me feel uncomfortable, especially since it is intended to be comedy. However I might also have gotten quite a lot wrong, or at least I hope so.

I should also add that this was written on a phone, so sorry for any mistakes.

TL;DR: Certain parts of the manga, such as the "sex 13 times" drug, makes me feel very uncomfortable reading it. The word Plot was used as a euphemism for this, as it is rather vague and thus can be used to avoid making people too upset (though I do hope people aren't going to try to defend the drug).
