Whoa whoa, go easy on Kyouichi and his knowledge of otaku jargon. That chapter was published sometime between 2007 and 2008. Ten years before that, the word "tsundere" wasn't that common. Tsundere characters did exist but the word itself wasn't as mainstream as it is today.
