How would that work? They reused a ton of nanomaterial and even the gravity cannon on the 401. If they can reactivate remaining nanomaterial they can certainly make use of it, but I highly doubt that they can build a new battleship out of it. They could perhaps try to rebuild Takao, but since her core is captured, that would not be of much use - unless it is possible to transfer cores so that Hyuuga can use her in the meantime.

Start from the start. The manga has way more details than what the anime presents and the anime deviates from the manga in various parts. Not to say there are too many fog ships which are present since the start in the manga and are not even mentioned in the anime..
