Knights of the Round ultimate summon was probably just all Lancelot with different outfits, weapons, and attacks.

And why Lancelot, he was the worst guy of the table round altogether, getting it on with the wife of his best friend...
And how she talks about him, being the ideal man while in reality he was a ruffian, liar and a man whom you couldn't trust if you weren't one of his "enemies"(as he was friends with one of Arthurs enemies and even helped him to "reconcile" with Arthur in the end while being in this guys fellowship).
Neither Arthur nor Lancelot were what one could call a perfect man(for them, women didn't play a significant role, they just led them to their doom xD), and still were glorified in many otome games as such, it sure feels as far away from reality as the "Arthur" from Fate/stay night does...
